Tour in Detail

The Tour will begin with one of our English speaking guides/ drivers picking you up from the hotel in Muscat where you will be staying. We will directly head toward Nizwa Village where the ancient Fort is situated. This route consists of scenic landscapes in the heart of Hajjar mountain ranges. Being the ancient center of the administration of Oman, Nizwa has quite a few places of historic significance. You make take a stroll at the traditional markets of Nizwa along with exploring the Fort that is simply a treat to the eyes. Next, you will be heading toward Jebel Shams, the tallest cliff of Jebel Al Akhdar range. The sight of rustic villages, ancient rock engravings nearby are not to be missed! The next stop is the Grand Canyon of Oman. This is an ideal spot for trekking enthusiasts. You will experience the pictorial views from the canyon. Next, you will proceed to the Village of Misfat. It is situated adjacent to the vast mounts of Oman. After savoring all the visual treats Misfat had to offer, you will be taken to a local restaurant to munch on the delicious Arabic dishes cooked to perfection. Your last stop is Al Hamra Village. This spot will give you chills with its picture perfect landscape and panoramic view of the countryside. After this, you will be taken back to Muscat, marking the end of the trip.

Important to know before you book
  • The trip spanning over 8 hrs will begin at 08:30 in the morning. Tourists are required to be present 55-10 minutes from the departure time. The precise timings will be notified via mail.  Cancellation Policy: You may be able to cancel your visit without any charge before 72 hrs from the pick-up time.
  • The delay in early timings may have fluctuated in cases of heavy traffic or other potential mishaps  The vehicle may wait for you at the maximum of 10 minutes, for we have to make it to the next  stop to pick other travelers
  • We appreciate if you give us the contact, email or mobile to hasten customer service duty  Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle  You should have the consent of the natives before filming them  It is not allowed to film local residential female Schedules can be fluctuated as per the Ramadan events. You may as well be notified.  Women devotees are required to scarf their heads and avoid wearing shorts, beachwear or sleeveless clothing. Fully covering clothes are allowed inside.
  • Male devotees should wear long trousers to enter the mosque.
